6:00pm - Bagpipe Serenade
8:30pm - "Taps" | Field illuminated until dawn
10:30pm - Flag and commemorative coin sale ends
Saturday, May 28th:
12:00pm - Reading of names on dedicated flags
7:00pm - Free concert featuring the Westerville Community Concert Band
8:30pm - Echo "Taps" | Field illuminated until dawn
10:30pm - Flag and commemorative coin sale ends
Sunday, May 29th:
8:00am - Field of Heroes Run/Walk 5k
12:00pm - Reading of names on dedicated flags
3:45pm - Bagpipe Serenade Prelude to Flag Retirement Ceremony
4:00pm - Flag Retirement Ceremony Led by BSA Honor Guard
7:00pm - "Voices of Westerville" Program
8:30pm - "Taps" | Field Illuminated Until Dawn
10:30pm - Flag and commemorative coin sale ends
Monday, May 30th:
11:00am - Flag Sales Close for Event
12:00pm - Reading of names on dedicated flags
12:30pm - Official closing ceremony
1:30-3:30pm - Flag pick-up (immediately following ceremony)
