Once upon a time, in a world where party planning felt like a tedious task, Big Air stepped onto the scene and made it look like child's play! I admit, I was skeptical at first, thinking "There is no way planning a party for over 20+ children can truly be hassle-free." Oh, how wrong I was!
Big Air was put to the ultimate test: planning a birthday party for an entire kindergarten class. I picked up the phone and was already in for a treat! Justin, the voice on the other end, greeted me like an old friend and walked me through the entire process with the ease of a seasoned party planner. No ask was too big! He helped me calculate the right amount of food for the party, and I was flabbergasted when it turned out to the the PERFECT amount- not a single leftover, nor a hungry guest in sight. As if that wasn't enough, the email invitation process was a piece of cake! I simply plugged in the guest list, hit send, and voila! The invitations sailed off into cyberspace, with a jump waiver included for good measure.
A few days before the party I received a friendly confirmation call from Justin to finalize the details. I eagerly asked "Should I arrive early?" and to my surprise, the answer was, "That is not necessary, you can just arrive at your 11:30 check-in time." I was so impressed. At that moment I knew Big Air was truly going to exceed my expectations!
And when the big day arrived? Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the pre-filled out jump waiver. To my amazement, we were given our designated party room along with a party host. The Big Air staff was genuinely wonderful. They were all wearing smiles from ear to ear, like it was part of their uniform! I was thrilled to see everyone so enthusiastic about their job and making our party an unforgettable experience!
Our party host help to serve food, drinks and did all of the set up and tear down! I'm still blown away by the level of service that was provided, and the kids had a blast for 2 straight hours! There was pizza, cookie cake, ICEES, Big Air party favor swag and lots of memory making. Even as a parent, I got to enjoy every minute of this special day and fabulous party without turning into a frazzled mess!
When Big Air says they throw a HASSLE-FREE party, they mean it! They truly have every detail covered! This birthday party was a day filled with laughter, excitement and lots of memories!
