Ingredients: 1 package of prepared coleslaw About a 1/2 cup of red, green and yellow peppers (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds 1 package of chicken or oriental flavored Ramen noodles | Dressing: 1/2 cup oil 3 Tablespoons Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 bunch of green onions sliced Flavor packet from your choice of Ramen noodles |
Directions:
1. Toast almonds in the oven at 350o for 10 minutes- then cool
2. Cut up 1/2 cup yellow, red and green peppers
3. In a large bowl mix coleslaw, peppers, crushed ramen noodles and almonds
4. Combine al dressing ingredients together and pour the dressing over the salad.
