This is a perfect weeknight side dish. Tyler always devours these potatoes. I like that this recipe is made with my usual pantry staples. It is so easy to put together in under five minutes. Perfect for those busy weeknights filled activities
Ingredients
- 2 pounds diced potatoes
- 10oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream OR plain Greek yogurt
- 1oz package of dry ranch mix
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in the slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender. Russet potatoes take slightly longer than red or Yukon gold.
