Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300
- Line a large cookie sheet with foil
- In a small bowl beat egg white, vanilla and cream of tartar till soft peaks form
- Slowly add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form
- Put the egg white mixture in a piping bag fitted with a round tip (1/2- inch)
- Squeeze bag gently and form a question mark for the head- For lower body make an oval moving right to left.
- Place mini chocolate chip on the head for eye and beak
- Bake about 15 minutes
- Turn off the oven and let the cookies dry in the oven with the door closed for about 30 minutes
- Carefully remove and enjoy!
