Gymboree Play & Music Gahanna: Fun Classes for Newborn to 5 Years

Gymboree Play & Music classes have been developed to provide a range of age-appropriate challenges and skill building exercises, which create a personalized play experience for every child so they can participate and learn at their own pace.  This is exactly what attracted Columbus parents, Danielle and David, to take their 19-month old daughter Gabrielle to Gymboree Play & Music.  After just one class they fell in love with the program.   They also learned shortly after that the Gahanna Gymboree Play & Music location was for sale, and because of their love of the programs, decided to take a leap into business ownership. 

Gymboree Play & Music in Gahanna reopened on January 5th after a complete center remodel. Danielle and David are excited to introduce their wonderful redesigned program to the community.  Danielle says, “From the moment they walk in the door, parents can see that we’ve evolved our one-of-a-kind environment to offer even more discovery. Children are free to move, play and explore safely, as they discover new play challenges.”  Gymboree has a partnership with renowned Play Architect Jay Beckwith, and together with their own early childhood play experts, they have custom-designed a playscape that supports children in their potential with an emphasis on discovery and joy.

Class Offerings:

Geared to specific age ranges, Gymboree offers a variety of classes as well as open gym play, seven days a week. You can try a FREE preview class at any time.
 

Gymboree Play & Learn classes encourage development through play and learning with their seven-level program designed to support your child’s growth at his or her own individual pace.  From sensory stimulation to problem-solving games and storytelling, their classes use play-based activities to stretch the body and mind.  

Gymboree Music classes enhance children’s development and love of music through song, dance, movement games and instruments. With an array of musical styles, the classes help children explore the power of rhythm, melody, tonality and beat while nurturing key physical, social and intellectual skills.

In Gymboree Art classes, children’s imagination and self-expression is inspired with a world of hands-on art activities. Through painting, sculpture, drawing, collage, dramatic play and more, the classes encourage confidence and support artistic potential.

They also offer open play times throughout the week.

In addition to the extensive program of classes, Gymboree Play and Music provides a great option for hosting birthday parties and other themed events such as Pumpkin Patch celebrations and Sweetheart’s parties.  A trained Gymboree teacher leads the activities as the children and parents play, laugh and sing together creating a memorable celebration.
