As an animal lover from birth, born into an animal loving family and growing up in an animal loving neighborhood, it only seemed natural for me to start a pet sitting business. As a result, Just Fur The Weekend was born in 2015. This isn’t my first experience with pet sitting though, it’s just the official business launch. I actually stated pet sitting in high school for friends and family members. I would stay at their houses with their pets, providing comfort and love, as well as feeding them and taking them for walks. This experience taught me responsibility, honesty, and how great it felt to be trusted by those who had me pet sit. Today, I base my business on these things, along with loyalty and communication.
Just Fur The Weekend is also about offering affordable services. As a teenager and young adult any money was good money. And being a smart business means being a profitable business. But doing something that I love, making a difference, and helping others means a lot. Keeping services affordable is a must, so that everyone who needs Buddy walked or Fluffy fed while they’re away can get those services.
Just Fur The Weekend offers various services such as dog walks, pet sitting, quick visits, feedings, and even assistant services to pet owners, or just busy men and women.
