"Our program at Vineyard Community Preschool is very special!" says Kristen Fitterer, the Preschool Director. "We are very specifically a preschool and not a daycare." Vineyard Community Preschool students come from 9am-12pm, two days a week (Tuesday &Thursday), three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) or five days a week. The daily curriculum is implemented through play and plenty of one on one time with each student. The mission at Vineyard Community Preschool is to provide an enjoyable and caring Christian environment for children to grow and develop socially, physically, cognitively, and spiritually.
Kristen is very proud and passionate about the preschool program. As a long time Vineyard Community Church member, and OSU 2012 graduate with a BA in Early Education, she helped to create the vision and reality that is today's program. Pulling from her degree, and experience in the school district and private preschool programs, Kristen feels the preschool program at Vineyard Community Church is top notch. The best part? Seeing the kids thrive, grow and learn, socially, cognitively and spiritually.
