Join the Ohio History Connection at the Ohio Village for a Dickens of a Christmas, an authentic 19th century holiday celebration on December 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th and 20th.

A Christmas classic and central Ohio tradition, Dickens of a Christmas takes visitors back in time as the Ohio Village, the Ohio History Connection’s recreated 19th-century community, is transformed with Victorian-era crafts, decorations, caroling, cooking demonstrations and traditions inspired by Charles Dickens’ festive vision of Christmas. Follow the Ghost of Christmas Past; meet Saint Nicholas himself and an assortment of other 19th-century characters along the way. Visit the Ohio Village tavern for a glass of wassail or other festive drink, enjoy chestnuts roasted over an open fire and explore the community’s shops and homes for fun, family friendly holiday activities.

For your holiday gift needs, you can shop the General Store in Ohio Village for unique gifts including art, food, wine and crafts made in right here in the state.
